These terms govern your purchase and use of The Groom Method (the "Course"), provided by JOAO VITOR ZANETI, sole trader (MEI) registered in Brazil, CNPJ 69.352.404/0001-40, Rua José Oliva Del Teso, 469, Jardim Progresso, Cordeirópolis, SP, 13493-252, Brazil ("we", "us"). By purchasing or accessing the Course you agree to these terms.
1. The Course
The Course is digital content: pre-recorded video lessons in a private members area and a downloadable PDF ebook, plus the extras listed for the plan you buy. Access details are sent by email right after payment. Live or 1:1 services included in some plans (photo feedback, video sessions) are scheduled by email and must be used within 12 months of purchase.
2. Plans and prices
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and charged once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Any tax that applies in your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
3. Payment and reseller
Payments are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the payment intermediary and, for international sales, may act as the reseller of the Course and issue your invoice. Hotmart's own purchase terms, shown at checkout, also apply to the transaction. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Immediate access and right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with a statutory right of withdrawal, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. Because the Course is delivered immediately, at checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose that statutory right once access begins. Regardless of this, our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee (see the Refund Policy) always applies, and it does not limit any other rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
5. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Course for your own learning. You may not share your login, resell, publish, record or redistribute any part of the Course. We may suspend access that is shared or resold.
6. Safety and no professional advice
Grooming involves sharp tools, heat, water and live animals. You are responsible for your own safety and for the welfare of any animal you work on. The Course is educational and is not veterinary advice. Stop and consult a veterinarian if an animal shows signs of injury, illness, skin problems or pain.
7. No certification
The Course is not an accredited qualification, licence or certificate. Before offering paid services you are responsible for complying with any licensing, registration, insurance, tax or business rules where you live.
8. Liability
We provide the Course with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or damage arising from how you apply the Course, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to the Course
We may improve or update lessons and materials. We will not remove the core 12 modules from a plan you have purchased.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first at hello@groommethod.com and we will try to resolve any issue quickly.
