If The Groom Method isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and you will get the full amount back. No questions asked.

How to request it

Use the refund link in your Hotmart purchase email, or write to hello@groommethod.com with the email address you used to buy and your transaction code. We process refund requests within 5 business days.

How you are refunded

The refund goes back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit.

After a refund

Access to the members area and any included services ends when the refund is issued.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is voluntary and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which it does not limit. See section 4 of our Terms of Service for information on the right of withdrawal for digital content.

After 30 days

Purchases are final after 30 days, except where the law says otherwise. If something is wrong with your access or files at any time, contact us and we will fix it.
